My experience at Renault Romford was positive because of the staff I encountered during the buying process. Lorraine was very welcoming and knowledgeable about what car would suit my needs, after an initial chat. Lorraine introduced me to Peter who was extremely helpful and he arranged for a test drive. Once I had chosen my car, I collected it at an agreed time and day. Jack was waiting with Lorraine on the day and gave me a warm welcome back. Jack was also incredibly patient and informative when explaining everything I needed to know about my car, which was immaculate. , As a single female, I felt quite daunted at the prospect of buying a car from a showroom environment, based on past experiences with Ford. However, I had a completely different experience with Renault which was very positive. I have already received a follow-up call from Peter to check thay all is well, which it is.
